After my husband died, my teenage son Karl became withdrawn(沉默寡言). As a single parent, I tried to do my best to talk to him. But the more I tried, the more he pulled away. To go with the Civil. Reading , our school has done a survey and found that 56% of the students spend less than one hour reading after class each day, while 33 % read for 1 to 2 hours, and only 11% read for more than 3 hours.
