NASA hasn’t landed astronauts on the moon since the 1972 Apollo 17 mission. Last year, NASA said it would have a new moon landing program called Artemis. With the Artemis program, NASA will send the first woman and the next man to the moon in 2024. Not long ago, news about NASA’s Artemis
program showed that the astronauts are going for a pretty long moon walk. After they reach the moon, they are going to walk 10 miles.
